From Formation to Leadership

“Leadership and discipleship are synomous.”

How do we equip young leaders to build a world that looks more like the Kingdom?

Narrow Gate Bridge was designed to take young leaders who’ve learned to lead themselves and equip them to lead others with courage, humility, and purpose. Through our 36-week hands-on leadership development curriculum implemented in real-world environments, deep discipleship, and Christ-centered community, NG Bridge students grow into leaders who serve faithfully—at home, in the Church, and in the world. This is more than training; it’s the next step in becoming who God designed you to be.

Leader Instruction

And while our focus at NG is about making disciples, the natural outcome of that process is that some of those disciples will display leadership potential and aspire to be leaders. But the desire to lead isn’t enough. Leadership takes intentionality. It takes experience.

That was the vision that inspired the creation of Narrow Gate Bridge.

NG Bridge is an immersive 8-month internship for young men who are ready to lead—not from a platform, but from the trenches of life.

This is where transformation becomes traction. Where what you’ve learned gets lived. Where your calling begins to take shape.

This isn’t just about what you learn.
It’s About Who You Become.

Through a combination of Biblical leadership principles, practical challenges, and personalized mentorship, each young leader is invited into a rhythm of learning and leading.

You won’t just talk about conflict resolution—you’ll walk through it. You won’t just study leadership—you’ll live it.

“I didn’t just get information—I got refinement. This is where my faith became action. Where I failed, tried again, and actually grew.”

“My son came home with a new level of maturity, clarity, and confidence. I saw the fruit of leadership that had been tested and forged.”
Trent
TrentNG Bridge Intern
Narrow Gate Bridge has helped me grow in my leadership abilities by giving me the space and mentors to learn how to lead others, specifically in work crews and group studies. I am now more confident in my leadership abilities .
Chandler
ChandlerNG Bridge Intern
NG Bridge has helped me grow by making me more aware of what God is doing in my daily life and the lives as those around me. I have learned to find God in daily events, like conversations with students or through work. I think what has helped the most in this program has been the idea of doing hard things to grow, embracing the uncomfortable and taking challenging situations as an opportunity for God to grow me.
Isaac
Isaac NG Bridge Intern
NG Bridge has been my favorite part of learning what true leadership looks like. It’s given me the language to communicate what leadership really is. Every week I grow in my ability to teach, because every day I’m in an environment that consistently puts NG’s lessons into practice.
Jacob

Narrow Gate Bridge has been a great way for me to learn and put into practice what being a Christ centered leader actually looks like and shown me that leading through everyday life is a lot more important than I ever realized. I love being continually pushed to be better week by week.
