For 22 years, Narrow Gate has identified, equipped, and empowered young men to be leaders in ministry, marketplace, and mission.

Through Narrow Gate Lodge, Narrow Gate Bridge, and Narrow Gate Artisans, we have realized the lasting and far-reaching effects of human transformation when Christian discipleship becomes the center of every decision and action in life.

By following Jesus’ model of changing 12, who changed the world, Narrow Gate has stayed true to the calling to make passionate disciples of Jesus in every sphere of influence – from family to church to marketplace to global missions.

NARROW GATE LODGE
This 8-month disciple making journey helps young men realize their biblical identity as disciples of Jesus while they live and lead as passionate followers of Jesus. Key elements of this transformation experience include:
  • Rigorous screening for Admission to the NG Lodge opportunity with key criteria including Desire to Change, Receptivity to Feedback, Tenacity and Discipline, Openness to Faith, Learning Orientation, and Authenticity
  • Tuition-free admission to any student candidate who is well qualified to succeed in this rigorous and transformative experience
  • 22 years of experience with a success and graduation rate of nearly 90% – without compromising the challenging environment required for biblical transformation
  • Rich and experiential growth through a combination of Classroom Learning, Character Development Exercises, and Craftsmanship training for hands-on understanding
  • And the entire 8-month experience is offered tuition free to every qualified candidate who is accepted to attend Narrow Gate Lodge – regardless of the student’s financial capacity.

NARROW GATE BRIDGE

This 36-week learning cycle is designed to add capability to passion by providing:
  • Measurable competency training in areas including Coaching, Communication, Managing Work, Stewardship, Continuous Learning, and Teamwork.
  • Housing and meals at no charge to the participants.
  • Weekly stipend pay and graduation bonuses designed to launch the program graduate into the next chapter of their life in pursuit of Christ and calling.
  • Hands-on, productive work that produces profit designed to keep Narrow Gate Lodge tuition-free.
  • A resume entry that shows measurable learning and growth not just classroom theory

NARROW GATE ARTISANS

Narrow Gate Artisans is a growing and thriving marketplace ministry that produces revenue designed to help Narrow Gate Lodge remain tuition free. Our wood, leather, and coffee businesses are just an extension of our mission to make disciples – not just by providing revenue, but by creating an environment for work and worship to co-exist through:
  • Wednesday Worship where the businesses take a mid-day break from daily production and invite the community to join in a bible study and lunch – free of charge.
  • Continuing development through our Leadership Development Pipeline program.
  • Holding to the core values for ALL of Narrow Gate: Devotion, Growth, and Community.
  • Providing living wages, matching IRA program, Healthcare, and a culture of Christian love that acts as a beacon to the watching world.

For 22 years, we have watched God transform young men on 122 acres in Williamsport and additionally through our work in Columbia.  

We have seen transformation that lasts long after young men graduate. We have seen confusion replaced with conviction. We have seen young men become steady husbands, faithful fathers, entrepreneurs, craftsmen, and leaders. But transformation does not sustain itself.

It must be stewarded. Strengthened. Multiplied.

That is why we are launching The Bridge Forward Campaign. A $1,000,000 strategic investment campaign to secure the future of this mission and accelerate its impact.

This is not about expansion for visibility, it is about building durability for decades.

  • Strengthening the physical environments where transformation happens such as roofs, roads, systems and infrastructure so they can carry the weight of the next generation.
  • Expanding Narrow Gate Bridge, a formal leadership pipeline designed to multiply impact by raising up men who will carry this culture of excellence and discipleship into families, businesses, churches, and communities.
  • Securing continuity by ensuring that what has been built over 22 years remains strong, stable, and generational.

The Bridge Forward Campaign is a focused effort to:

  • Strengthen and update key infrastructure and facilities
  • Expand Narrow Gate Bridge, our formal leadership development pathway
  • Establish 'The Hideaway', a new gathering spot for leaders, champions, and graduates that will serve generations to come

This campaign is not about expansion for visibility.
It is about building strength, stability, and longevity for the mission.
