The Bridge Forward Campaign is an intentional initiative to secure and multiply the long-term impact of Narrow Gate.
For 22 years, Narrow Gate has been a place where lives are transformen, as young men discover identity and purpose in Christ.
We are not asking, “Will this work?” We’ve seen it work again and again in more than 600 lives. Young men come searching for direction and leave finding the answers to the questions “Who am I?” and “Why am I here?”
Transformation like this depends on strong foundations.

LODGE
The lives that are transformed through Narrow Gate exist in the spaces and infrastructure. Now is the time to strengthen and renew our infrastructure to continue to carry forward that impact.
This is not about expansion for visibility. It is about ensuring that what is already working can endure and multiply for the next generation.
Your investment directly strengthens the environments where transformation happens every day.
It ensures that:
- Young men have spaces that support identity and purpose, discipline, growth, and leadership development
- Critical Facility Upgrades Including Roofing, Roads, and Housing Environments
- Operational Systems That Ensure Safety, Continuity, and Long-term Durability
We are seeking $450,000 for this portion of the campaign.
LEADERS
Multiplying leaders is essential to sustainability of Narrow Gate’s discipleship process.
Narrow Gate Bridge is a paid internship with an additional eight months of intentional discipleship and real-life experience at Narrow Gate Lodge, a season where transformation is deepened and leadership is formed.
During this time, young men are:
- Discipled Daily in Truth and Character
- Trained in Trades and Craftsmanship
- Given Real Responsibility and Roles in Business and Ministry Environments
- Challenged to Lead with Consistency, Humility, and Conviction During Weekly Leadership Development Classroom Sessions
This is where growth becomes ownership. Where identity becomes leadership. Where transformation begins to multiply beyond the individual.
Through the Bridge, lives are transformed and leaders are developed.
We are seeking $300,000 for this portion of the campaign.
LEGACY
Lasting impact requires intentional continuity.
This component of the campaign ensures that what has been built over 22 years remains strong, stable, and positioned for the future.
A central part of this effort is the development of a new structure we’re calling The Hideaway. The Hideaway is a place set apart—woven into the landscape, creating space for reflection, conversation, and shared moments through key gatherings, meetings, and overnight stays. At its heart is the Founders Suite, a more secluded area designed for the founders of Narrow Gate—a place to step away from the pace of the Lodge and host others in a quieter, more personal way.
For more than two decades, they have lived modestly in two rooms within the Lodge itself in order to remain close to the young men they serve. As the ministry grows, that space is now needed to expand program capacity and better serve the next generation.
This investment will:
- Honor Faithful Leadership – Recognizing the decades of sacrificial commitment Bill and Stacy have made in building and sustaining Narrow Gate
- Expand Capacity Within the Lodge – Freeing critical living space to support additional students, hospitality, and program needs
- Establish a Long-Term Ministry Asset – Creating a flexible residence that can serve future staff, guests, or leadership needs for years to come
This is both a strategic and generational investment—one that honors the foundation that has been laid while ensuring the mission continues with strength and clarity.
