About The Course
The Pickin’ Stick is one of the simplest stringed instruments to build and play. It is the perfect beginner instrument for both aspiring luthiers and musicians.
There are no wrong notes or complex finger arrangements. Any string you play will sound good! This instrument and class were designed by Master Craftsman, John Ressler. Each student will go away with a completed, fully playable instrument.

We’re located in the scenic woods of middle Tennessee, about an hour outside of Nashville, on 125 beautiful acres.
This is a TWO-DAY course. You will be one of 5 students.
